ELITE TRAINING, TOTAL DEVELOPMENT

The Wellington Sports football program develops each player through a balanced, personalized, and high-performance approach. Our experienced coaching staff tailors training to each player’s position, physical needs, and skill level, following a year-round progression model. This structured daily schedule provides the necessary time for on-field development , film study , strength and conditioning , and recovery. This system allows players to maximize their potential on and off the field.

DEDICATED QUARTERBACK SCHOOL

All quarterbacks are enrolled in a dedicated Quarterback Development Program that is integrated into their daily schedule. This mandatory program is led by experienced quarterback coaches and is designed to develop every aspect of the position—physically, mentally, and strategically. Training includes daily position-specific drills , film study and defensive recognition , footwork, timing, and mechanics refinement , and situational decision-making.

UNRIVALED PLAYER & RECRUITING SUPPORT

We are committed to fostering a supportive community where every player can thrive. Our dedicated college placement team provides comprehensive mentorship to players and their families regarding athletic recruiting and NCAA compliance requirements. We work hand-in-hand with our players to develop recruiting strategies and manage outreach to college coaches, preparing them to succeed at the next level.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE & TEAMS

Our year-round development plan begins in June with structured training. The fall features a 10+ game national schedule, while winter focuses on skill and physical development. In the spring, all football athletes participate in track and field, which is mandatory to improve speed, endurance, and overall performance.

Athletes are placed on teams based on skill level, goals, and position:

• National Team: Competes against the most elite programs nationwide for top-tier collegiate recruits.
• Varsity Team: Competes against top high school programs throughout Florida and the Southeast region.
• Jr. National Team: Our highest level of middle school competition, designed to develop players for our high school programs.

ELITE FACILITIES & PERFORMANCE

Athletes have access to world-class facilities on our 120+ acre campus. Highlights include 20 multi-sport fields, two state-of-the-art sports performance gyms (15,000 and 9,000 sq ft), and a 6,500 sq ft Recovery Center with in-ground cold and hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms.

Our athletic development is supported by advanced technology (Force Plates, 1080 Motion, Kinexon) and a comprehensive support system. This includes an in-house Sports Medicine team for physical therapy and chiropractic care, plus personalized nutrition programs.
