Our Baseball Staff

Driven by a “college placement first” philosophy, the Wellington Sports Academy baseball program combines elite instruction with an MLB-style progression. We are dedicated to holistic development, ensuring student-athletes receive the advanced technical training and mental discipline required to succeed at the next level.

Leading our team is Director of Operations and former Toronto Blue Jay, Devon Travis. Under his guidance, our staff focuses on more than just the game—we are committed to shaping future leaders and equipping every player with the tools and mentorship needed to achieve their collegiate baseball dreams.

A Wellington native and Palm Beach Central High School alumnus, Devon Travis brings elite experience home as Director of Operations. A former Florida State Seminole and MLB second baseman for the Toronto Blue Jays, he now channels his professional background into mentorship. Devon is dedicated to developing the next generation of local talent, equipping athletes with the skills and character needed to succeed at the collegiate level.
